HOW LONG DOES INSTALL TAKE?

Our team of installers are able to outfit an entire unit in one day. Install includes unloading the truck, transporting the modular pieces and the according appliances, countertops, etc. to the unit, and the unit systems installation.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Shipping time and costs will vary based on geographical locations. Contact your URBANEER sales rep or sales@urbaneerspaces.com for shipping information. Lead time on orders is 8-10 weeks from sign off of drawings, material selections and deposit.

HOW DURABLE ARE URBANEER PRODUCT SYSTEMS?

URBANEER product systems are built to last. If a component of an URBANEER product becomes damaged, it can be easily replaced due to our modular designs.

DO URBANEER product SYSTEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY? 

URBANEER offers a one year warranty on all product systems, and a lifetime warranty on all mechanisms.

WHAT ARE URBANEER product SYSTEMS PRICES & WHY ARE THEY NOT POSTED?

URBANEER's product system prices are not posted because they are highly customized for each order. If you are in need of pricing, you may request a quote at sales@urbaneerspaces.com.

WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES URBANEER OFFER?

URBANEER offers customer service for all needs. We offer phone and email support, and also have engineers who are able to visit units and access any issues with URBANEER product systems. Our job goes past the initial install to ensure that both the property manager and end-occupant have a positive experience.

WHY TYPE OF DESIGN CONSULTATION SERVICE DOES URBANEER OFFER?

URBANEER offers a unique design consultation service for projects whether plans are new, existing or yet-to-be-created. If building plans are new, URBANEER will work alongside your architects to offer space planning and optimization to maximizes the potential number of units or unit make-up for any development.  For existing plans and building re-purpose projects, URBANEER is able to take difficult spaces and turn them into livable and flexible spaces. URBANEER's space optimization experts are able to work with your architects to design plans that deliver more units that while are smaller in size, deliver a maximized living experience to the end occupant. In all scenarios, URBANEER is able to mock-up floor plans and show the difference that URBANEER's smart living environments can make.
